2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is required to secure a booking. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is processed.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by booking type and supplier. Flight cancellations are subject to the airline's policy. Tour cancellations made more than 14 days before departure may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please review the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.
4. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health documentation. Digital Voyaging assists with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Digital Voyaging acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers, including cancellations, delays, or changes to services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
